This app allows anyone to broadcast their video and audio in real time to the world. Anyone can view if they have the app, and can comment or "become a fan" and follow that person every time they go online.
In our hyper publicized culture, many teen are witnessing celebrities "rise to fame" using similar platforms, and do what is necessary to get "fans".
